I qualified from Newcastle in 1982 & after 4 years working in Leeds, I decided to move abroad to work. I had my own practice in Berlin for 12 years and then started working in Thirsk in 2002, where  I enjoy the more relaxed pace of life.

I Married in 1991 & Gill and I have two boys & an energetic dog to keep us busy. Outside work I enjoy golf and cycling.
